Dear PNMs,

I am so excited for you to all begin your recruitment journey and discover lifelong friendships and opportunities through Greek Life. Alpha Chi Omega has become my, and so many others, home away from home. I hope that the recruitment process leads you to your home the way it led me to Alpha Chi Omega.

This chapter has allowed me to grow into the real, strong woman I am today. The recruitment process can sometimes seem daunting and difficult, and I urge all of you to remind yourself what you wish to get out of the experience, and what awaits on the other side. Recruitment is such a unique and incredible journey, so remember to find the joy and powerful moments as you go through it. We will share with all of you what makes our chapter special and what is important to us. As we do this, reflect on what makes you special and what is important to you. Stay true to yourself and what matters to you, and the right chapter and people will follow.

Recruitment is what led me to Alpha Chi Omega, which brought me my closest and dearest friends. I hope you all find your people through the recruitment process the way I did through Alpha Chi Omega.
